Job Description
CiraConnect provides world-class cloud-based software and on-demand “back-office” shared services (SaaS) for self-managed community associations, professional community association management companies and residential real estate developers servicing the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, cooperatives, luxury high-rises, municipal utility districts and large master planned communities. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the payment process, including assisting staff, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
 - Investigate accounts payable issues as needed.
 - Manage the unapplied module to ensure that requests are accurately processed and approved in compliance with policy and procedure.
 - Analyze, resolve, and answer complex or difficult problems presented by vendors, clients, or management.
 - Manage the EFT module to ensure that invoices are paid.
 - Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports to provide critical data to the leadership team.
 - Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff regarding billing and payment inquiries.
 - Plus, other work-related tasks as needed.
 
Qualifications
- 3-5 Years Accounts Payable experience (preferably full-cycle) or accounting experience.
 - Degree preferred.
 - Bank Reconciliation Experience
 - Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
 - Knowledge of internal control systems and concepts.
 - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
 - Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
 - Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
 - Ability to use professional judgment and problem solving skills to make reasonable decisions and recommendations.
 - Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure.
 - Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
 - Ability to be a forward thinker and generate ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
 - Ability to critically analyze data and work processes.
 
 Pay and Benefits: 
$25.00 to $28.00 hour based on education and experience
