Our Accounts Receivables Administrator helps our communities run smoothly and contributes to our residents’ satisfaction.
What You’ll Accomplish 
- Primary contact for all reserve transfer deposits
 - Primary contact for all urgent deposit
 - Primary contact for any residential payment received in corporate office
 - Primary contact for processing bank exceptions
 - Primary contact for processing bank return items (pulled from Document Center)
 - Primary contact for manual statement/coupon generation
 - Returned Item (NSF) letter generation file distributed to printing vendor
 - Interim- letter generation of web portal and billing verification notices
 - Contributing team member to responses within ‘AR Associate’ inbox
 - Communicate and collaborate with team members to work through return mail processing
 - Other projects/tasks as outlined by department leader
 
Daily Workflow of AR Administrator 
- Receive, prioritize and process payments in the following orders
 - Reserve deposit payments (internal checks generated by Accounting department for fund transfer)
 - Urgent deposit requests submitted in person
 - Homeowner payments
 - Legal and/or builder payments (after processed and coded by corresponding Collection/Billing team member)
 - Communicate and collaborate with team members regarding Daily review of bank exceptions to provide responses within 48 hours
 - Communicate and collaborate with team members regarding Daily review of bank return items (pulled from Document Center) to process within 48 hours
 - Contribute to daily review and response of correspondence received into the ‘AR Associate’ email inbox to provide response within 48 hours
 - Run letter generation of Return Items (NSF) to distribute to printing vendor???????
 - Interim- letter generation of web portal and billing verification notices
 
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of one year of accounts receivable experience or clerical experience
 - HOA industry experience, highly preferred
 - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
 - Effective multi-tasking skills
 - Excel/Microsoft Office Suite experience
 - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 - Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal help
 - Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
 - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
