Highlands at Warwick, located in Lititz, PA, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Candidate will float between Highlands at Warwick, Eclipse and Charleston properties.

• Hourly rate $25 an hour, plus phone, on-call allowance, and use of property vehicle**
  
  

Responsibilities

At WPM your job as a Service Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in for new residents. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• General maintenance
• Appliance repair
• HVAC experience
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Demonstrated basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
• Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
  
  

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ maintenance experience required
