Your Role as a Service Technician: As part of our team at WPM, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a comfortable living experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to maintenance repair requests
• Performing preventative maintenance as directed
• Preparing units for new residents' move-in
• Conducting general maintenance and appliance repairs
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated skills in basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
• HVAC certification or proven HVAC knowledge and experience required
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred
