📍 Quiet Waters Landing – Annapolis, MD

💲 Starting at $24/hour + phone allowance

🕗 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Quiet Waters Landing is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! You'll handle maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartment homes for new residents. We’re seeking someone reliable, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.

💼 Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
• Plumbing repairs (strong plumbing skills preferred)
• Electrical & appliance repairs
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Groundskeeping & snow removal
• On-call rotation for emergency maintenance
  
  

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years’ maintenance experience
• Strong plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
• HVAC certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
