Service Technician Opportunity – The Springs Townhomes

Location: Parkville, MD

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + phone allowance

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Springs Townhomes in Parkville, MD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing units for move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
• Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall
• Electrical repairs
• Appliance maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing work
• Painting common areas and apartments
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the property
• Assisting with snow removal
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing preferred
• Proven skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry required
• Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical issues across various fixtures and equipment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 pounds
• Availability to participate in on-call emergency coverage
  
  

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of site maintenance experience preferred
