Twin Ridge Apartments located in Pikesville, MD is in need of a qualified laborer to join our service team. You will be expected to complete maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

• Hourly rate starting at $20.00 an hour based on experience*

• plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
• availability for on-call or emergencies
• driver’s license and vehicle required
