Description
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager primarily responsible for Lifestyle Program administration and oversight, and to assist with other management responsibilities of an a 55+ Active Community in the Charlotte, NC area.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and provide oversight to a diverse range and full calendar of community events and activities
 - Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming, including vendor negotiations and securing sponsorships
 - Collaborate with Board designates, community committees and volunteers to promote and implement events and activities
 - Plan and provide oversight to wellness programs that promote healthy living among community members
 - Oversee maintenance, reservations and rentals of community amenities used for events and activities
 - Engage with community members, gathering feedback on past events and suggestions for future programming to ensure alignment with community interests.
 - Evaluate the success of lifestyle programming for periodic reporting to the Board of Directors.
 - Maintain communications to homeowners and calendaring of events and activities
 - Assist Community Manager in all aspects of community operations and administrative needs, (i.e., preparing reports & implementing directives for Board of Directors, vendor management, FOB processing, resident inquiries, etc.)
