Job Description
Taylor Management is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management for a large-scale community. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Salary is $50k-$55k
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, including handling resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and vendor management
 - Set up residents in Building Link and Latch
 - Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
 - Work with Building Link and assist super for work orders
 - Amenity reservations including waivers and fees
 - Compiles personal trainer information
 - Set up moves with appropriate documentation
 - Orders supplies
