About Us: CantaMia at Estrella is an active adult 55+ community in Goodyear, Arizona. Our central hub, the 29,000-square-foot Village Center, features a state-of-the-art fitness center with an aerobics studio, indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa. The Village Center also includes a new Café where residents and guests can enjoy a variety of food and beverages. We are currently seeking a cook to join our team and work onsite within this Café.

Position Summary: The cook will be primarily responsible for preparing and cooking food for guests and residents while ensuring that the service area remains clean and organized.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for hot and cold line service.
• Assist in developing menus.
• Clean and maintain par levels for all usable products.
• Log all necessary information related to daily operations.
• Order and manage inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, and lift up to 30+ pounds.
• Professional attire required; may include wearing a uniform.
• Shifts are primarily evenings and weekends; flexibility is essential.
