        Responsibilities
- Proposing, organizing, and facilitating ongoing events and activities
 - Working closely with committees, clubs, and other groups
 - Planning special events, parties, programs, and day trips with input from residents
 - Contacting performers, negotiating contracts, and making necessary arrangements
 - Publicizing activities and events, and maintaining a calendar
 - Designing event flyers and sending eblasts
 - Exploring and introducing new activities
 - Maintaining social activity accounts and preparing financial reports
 - Participating in social committee meetings and overseeing event set-ups
 - Collaborating with the community manager and assisting with various tasks
 - Performing other assigned activities as needed for smooth operation
 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
 - Friendly and helpful demeanor with residents
 - Strong organizational and customer service abilities
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 - High School Diploma or equivalent
