Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Community Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the community association. This is a vital position that plays a significant role in enhancing resident satisfaction and maintaining community standards.
This role is for 3 days a week 8 hours. Compensation is $28,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to resident inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of community newsletters and communications
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases of community documents and homeowner information
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Support the Community Manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Assist with the planning and organization of community events and meetings
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
