About The Role
Become a valued member of the Taylor Management Company as a Portfolio Manager, where you will oversee community management activities and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management
 - Handle work order processing and maintenance scheduling
 - Conduct regular inspections of portfolio communities
 - Address trustee inquiries and participate in meetings
 - Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and trustees
 - Manage capital projects and review financial reports
 - Ensure appropriate insurance coverage for each condominium
 - Facilitate annual election meetings and budget planning
 - Review and approve bills for properties
 - Enforce rules and regulations of condominiums
 - Coordinate contractor services and maintain detailed records
 - Be available for emergency calls on a 24/7 basis
 - Familiarity with CAI certifications is a bonus
