WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers. This is an in-office, full time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Description
WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers. This is an in-office, full time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- The pay rate for this position is between $22.00 - $25.00 hourly, based on experience***
 
- Compose and respond to a large and heavy volume of calls and emails
 - Regularly respond to requests from residents and Board Members on various management services
 - Coordinate bulk/mass mailings and email blasts
 - Maintain electronic filing system for the communities
 - Performs other duties as assigned
 
- At least 2 years of Association Management industry experience
 - Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required
 - Skills Required:
 - Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook required. PowerPoint & Access helpful, but not required)
 - Knowledge of Vantaca Web Based Property Management software a plus
 - Able to work independently and within a team environment
 - Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and great time management skills
 - Able work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a very fast paced environment
 - Problem solver, independent thinker and self-starter
 - Professional letter writing with good spelling and grammar required
 - Able to manage multiple schedules, projects and expectations
