Primarily responsible for patrolling the community and designated areas ensuring facilities and grounds are secure.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for patrolling the community.
- Maintenance Yard alarm set.
- Lock the golf course restrooms.
- Check the RV Lot and ensure it is secure.
- Lock appropriate gates.
- Check the laundry room and ensure both doors are locked.
- Lock the Clubhouse to include all exits and windows, and turn off inside lights, fans, and thermostats in east and west rooms.
- Set alarm system and exit pool room door, cover jacuzzi and swimming pool.
- Lock the east gate that goes up the hill.
- Patrol the park, and make note of any streetlights that are out or any water that is running down the street.
- The complete nightly lock-up report..
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Standing, walking, and driving throughout the community ability to cover and uncover the swimming pool as needed per the job requirements.
