**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate various social events and programs
 - Organize community activities and prepare newsletters and flyers
 - Maintain clubhouse facilities and oversee daily operations
 - Support the Community Manager as necessary
 - Set up and attend weekend and evening events, ensuring all arrangements are in place
