 - **Communication**: Prepare newsletters and flyers to keep residents informed about upcoming events.
 - **Facility Management**: Maintain the clubhouse facilities to ensure a welcoming environment.
 - **Operations Support**: Assist the Community Manager and oversee daily operations as necessary.
