The Community Transition Coordinator facilitates the incoming and outgoing community transition process, serves as a single point of contact for management company communications, and drives operational efficiency to enhance client satisfaction.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Facilitate incoming management contract execution and notification of internal teams
 - Serve as single point of contact for prior management company (PMC) or new management company (NMC) based on direction of transition
 - Request, receive, codify and track all transition documents
 - Communicate with PMC or NMC on outstanding items and follow-up needs as appropriate
 - Assign tasks to all internal parties involved in transition process
 - Track and manage task deadlines as assigned to internal parties
 - Produce routine summary reporting of transition status for Leadership Team review
 - Produce standardized collateral material for use in transition process i.e. welcome letter, checklists etc.
 - Identify areas of efficiency and implement new processes to enhance transition experience for CCMC clients
 - Additional duties or job functions may be required as necessary
 
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in project management, administration, accounting, or related field
 - Community Management/HOA industry experience (highly preferred)
 - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 - Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
 - Ability to work independently with limited supervision
 - Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
 - Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with audiences at various levels both inside and outside of CCMC
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
 - Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
