The Fitzgerald, located in Baltimore City, is in need of a Concierge to join our team! As a valued team member, the Concierge will create and foster a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Qualified candidates will be experienced in computers, work well independently as well with a team, and possess excellent communications skills. This is a morning shift from 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday.

The Fitzgerald, located in Baltimore City, is in need of a Concierge to join our team! As a valued team member, the Concierge will create and foster a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Qualified candidates will be experienced in computers, work well independently as well with a team, and possess excellent communications skills. This is a morning shift from 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday.
- The rate of pay for this position is $15 per hour.**
 
- Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
 - Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response.
 - Assisting with incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing
 - Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building
 - Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries. Direct calls as appropriate
 - Reviewing and follow up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction
 - Providing back up as needed to other team members, including occasional tours of the premises
 
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
 - Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently
 - Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
 - Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships
 - Excellent communication skills required
 - Ability to lift 30-50lbs
