Job Description
Looking for experienced Administrative Assistant who will support the Property Manager and Board of Directors with administrative duties as required by the Community Association.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones to include taking messages and properly directing calls
Handling homeowner's inquiries
Checking sale/lease applications and ARB modification applications to make sure they are complete and ready to be processed
Issuing bar code labels and properly entering into the computer.
Composing and writing letters to homeowners
Contacting homeowners about various issues by phone and e-mail
Setting up meeting dates in addition to posting notices
Maintaining excel spreadsheets of various items
Filing and mailings
Making notes in customer files in TOPS system
Other special projects as needed
Compensation $23/hour DOE.
