Job Description
Action Property Management, the leader in association management, is seeking a full time Lead Front Desk Associate to join our team at our luxury property, Evo, located in Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary
- Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
 - Assist the General Manager with the training and supervision of the front desk staff and third party vendors
 - Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
 - Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
 - Provide concierge services
 - Complete Daily Activity Report
 - Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
 - Address resident and guest concerns and questions
 - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents
 
Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
 - A minimum of 1 year of front desk hotel experience or at least 1 year of leadership experience in a related customer service industry
 - Hospitality Management college students or graduates are highly desired
 - Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
 - Strong verbal and written communication
 - Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
 - Proactive customer service approach
