Description
Primarily responsible for answering the phone lines; monitoring the Grand Lobby and maintaining the reception desk; and providing exceptional customer service while greeting visitors and homeowners via phone and face-to-face interactions.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs by providing the highest quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors and vendors.
 - Partners with Administrative Support team and the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front reception area and inbound calls as well as assist with various administrative projects.
 - Filters inbound calls to determine appropriate direction.
 - Greets all visitors/homeowners and determines their immediate needs.
 - Monitors pickups/deliveries.
 - Keeps Carriage House tidy and organized. Spot clean as needed.
 - Assists with Coffee Bar.
 - Assists in the stocking/restocking of supplies.
 - Regularly tours amenities for homeowner well-being and safety.
 - Performs other related duties as directed.
