Role Description
We are searching for an HOA Manager to join our team in Richardson, TX. The role is a full-time, hybrid position, with the expectation that the selected candidate will work in-office and remotely. As an HOA Manager, your primary responsibilities include overseeing client operations, managing vendor relations, collaborating with board members, and leading the organization in a way that aligns with our core values. You will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and meeting target performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HOA management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage client accounts independently
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Adept in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of governing documents and regulations in the HOA industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with property management software
