Community Manager Position at Taylor Management Company in New Jersey
Requirements
Communication and Issue Resolution:
- Communicate effectively with owners/residents and Board of Trustees through various channels to address administrative concerns.
 - Accept, create, and submit work orders for maintenance tasks.
 - Regularly inspect grounds and buildings.
 - Interact promptly with Board members and address their inquiries.
 - Attend necessary monthly meetings with trustees.
 - Coordinate capital projects.
 
Financial And Administrative Responsibilities
- Address unit owner inquiries, conflicts, and resolutions with the board.
 - Review and approve monthly financial reports.
 - Ensure adequate insurance coverage and policy review.
 - Conduct annual election meetings.
 - Collaborate on budget planning and obtain board approval.
 - Review and approve property bills.
 - Enforce association rules and regulations.
 
Management And Record-Keeping
- Obtain bids from contractors to meet community needs.
 - Maintain detailed project and incident reports.
 - Review and act on delinquency reports.
 - Liaise with the Association's legal team when needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
 - Industry designations preferred (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, ARM).
 - Availability for emergency calls 24/7.
 - Possession of a valid driver's license.
 - Strong project management skills.
 - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
