Position Summary: Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in the day-to-day operations and functions. The HR Assistant will aid in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record-keeping, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
 - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
 - Maintain employee records, ensuring that all HR documents are up-to-date and properly filed
 - Assist with benefits administration, answering employee queries and coordinating with vendors
 - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
 - Monitor employee performance and provide support during performance appraisal processes
 - Implement and facilitate employee training and development programs
 - Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and employee statistics
 
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
 - 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support preferred
 - Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
