Responsibilities
Property & casualty insurance license required
- Commercial insurance agency that provides insurance to condo and homeowners associations is in search of an experienced Insurance Agency Manager comfortable managing the daily operations of the agency.
 - Oversee the policy quoting
 - Ensure all service needs are met on time and as needed
 - Provide assistance to the team where needed to keep daily work-flow running smoothly.
 - Will assist with quoting both new and renewal business with a goal of having policy quotes out at least 30 days ahead of renewal.
 - Assist with training of department
 - Works closely with Director of department and other executives to maintain desired service levels
 - Plus other work related tasks as needed
 
Qualifications
- Property and casualty license required Minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience
 - College degree
 - Property & Casualty insurance license
 - Ability to work in an agency management system
 - Strong understanding of commercial property and liability insurance
 - Lead the team’s daily operations
 - Comfortable reading through insurance policies to answer questions for insureds and outside parties
 - Hybrid work schedule
 
 Pay and Benefits: 
$65,000 to $80,000, depending on education and experience.
