Leasing Specialist – Towson Town Place (Towson, MD)

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a professional, friendly, and energetic individual with strong sales and customer service experience to join our leasing team at Towson Town Place, located in the Towson area of Baltimore County.

As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming community for our residents and prospects. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Leasing and Entrata experience is a plus.

💵 Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly rate starting at $19.00/hr. (based on experience)
• Commission and bonus opportunities
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday and some Saturdays
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing options
• Track and record phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports
• Guide applicants through the application process and collect supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate vacancy and leasing reports; ensure apartments are ready for move-in
• Support resident retention by assisting with community events and outreach programs
• Monitor competitor properties and specials quarterly
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and updating records
• Assist with marketing efforts, resident outreach, and vendor communication
• Support property management staff with daily operations and reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with PCs and ability to learn new software systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
