Leasing Consultant – Twin Ridge Apartments

WPM is seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our leasing team at Twin Ridge Apartments! As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting prospective residents with their perfect home while ensuring excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.

💰 Starting Salary: $19/hour

📆 Schedule: Monday – Friday & Saturday shifts as needed

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist residents, prospects, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and prepare weekly reports
• Showcase available apartments and provide follow-ups with potential residents
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected
• Meet and maintain required closing ratios
• Keep marketing materials up to date and actively promote the property
• Monitor and manage vacancies, ensuring apartments are ready for move-in
• Perform light cleaning in vacant apartments as needed
• Plan, assist with, and attend community events to boost resident retention
• Conduct market research by visiting competitor properties quarterly
• Develop creative marketing strategies to attract potential residents
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

📌 Prior Leasing Or Sales Experience Preferred
