Role Overview:

As a key team member, you'll plan, organize, and communicate events through newsletters, flyers, and our website, all while maintaining a positive attitude and transparency in your duties. Your goal? Maximize resident participation and ensure everyone has a great time!

What You'll Do:

• Plan and host exciting events and activities.
• Manage rentals, vendors, and on-site staff.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
• Develop and implement community programs.
• Engage with residents to create a lively atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in event planning or a similar role (3+ years).
• A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to work weekends and manage multiple tasks.
