Join us as a Lifestyle Director at KW Property Management & Consulting, where you'll bring vibrant social activities to our community while embodying our GREAT values. As a key team member, you'll plan, organize, and communicate events through newsletters, flyers, and our website, all while maintaining a positive attitude and transparency in your duties. Your goal? Maximize resident participation and ensure everyone has a great time!
What You'll Do:
- Plan and host exciting events and activities.
 - Manage rentals, vendors, and on-site staff.
 - Collaborate with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
 - Develop and implement community programs.
 - Engage with residents to create a lively atmosphere.
 
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with strong organizational skills.
 - Experience in event planning or a similar role (3+ years).
 - A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office.
 - Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
 - Ability to work weekends and manage multiple tasks.
