Description
Seeking an experienced custodian/maintenance technician who will maintain an attractive, well-maintained community for our residents located in Tarpon Springs. This position reports to the Association Manager.
Essential Knowledge & Basic Duties
- Monitor and clean exterior areas and grounds to maintain appearance standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of all interior areas of the Clubhouse.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Routinely blow debris from walkways, courts and pool area.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
- Dust and clean furniture, walls, windowsills, appliances, machines, or equipment.
- Provides operational support for events, including, but not limited to, set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies.
- Move furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
- Physically able & willing to climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds, open/close water valves and use power equipment.
- Pressure Washing various areas including building exterior, roofs and sidewalks.
- Complete minor repairs.
- Assist trade workers/technicians in performing assigned tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Pleasantly communicate with guests to resolve maintenance concerns.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of routine cleaning and chemical usage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer and mobile device skills
- Highly motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Available to work mornings

- Job Type: Part Time, 4-5 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Expected hours per week: 20-25
- Pay: Commensurate with experience
