The Marketing Director at CCMC is an execution-focused, hands-on role designed for a versatile marketer who enjoys wearing many hats. This role requires tactical expertise focused on content creation, digital execution, and campaign management.
The Marketing Director will create content across multiple channels, manage marketing automation in HubSpot, and support sales enablement efforts that generate leads from developers and HOA boards of large-scale master-planned communities.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute HubSpot campaigns, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Create compelling written content (articles, case studies, ebooks, presentations, event copy) tailored to property developers and HOA boards.
- Manage and update WordPress webpages and landing pages (basic content edits, SEO best practices, page builds).
- Support lead generation campaigns through digital ads, SEO tools, and content optimization.
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns and tradeshow/event logistics, including ordering materials and managing shipments.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners when additional support is required.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the service industry.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; comfortable creating content independently and with AI tools.
- Experience using at least one SEO tool (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Ability to make basic updates in WordPress.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A strong desire to grow in hands on application of AI tools to gain efficiencies in various marketing functions
Desired Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Advanced HubSpot skills, including workflows, reporting, and nurture campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency.
Physical Requirements

- Mobility: Regular movement within an office environment, including walking between work areas, meeting rooms, and printers. Occasional travel may be required for conferences, trade shows, or on-site meetings, which may involve standing or walking for extended periods.
- Working Conditions: Primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard business hours. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be available based on company policy. May involve occasional off-site work at events, trade shows, or partner locations. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during major marketing campaigns or events.
- Personal Protective Equipment: No specific personal protective equipment is required under normal working conditions. Minimal protective measures (e.g., closed-toe shoes) may be necessary during event setup or shipping-related tasks.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods while using a computer or participating in virtual meetings. Periodic standing or walking is required for presentations, meetings, and events.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, operating a computer, and handling office equipment. Occasional handling or assembly of printed materials and event displays.
- Driving: Occasional driving may be required for travel to meetings, events, or vendor sites. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if driving is part of the job responsibilities.
