Job Description
Taylor Management is a well-established company in the Community management industry, and we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team at a well established Active Adult Communitiy located in Toms River, NJ. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff members. This is a full-time position with benefits available.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files, records, and supplies
 - Coordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
 - Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies
 - Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
 - Manage office expenses and budget
 - Work alongside Board of Directors in meetings with residents
 - Requirements:
 - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills
 - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Knowledge of basic accounting principles
 - Experience with property management software is a plus, including Enumerate
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
