Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for an On-site Property Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations and management of a residential community, ensuring exceptional living experiences for residents and maintaining property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, providing outstanding customer service
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and services
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues that arise
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and managing operating expenses
• Collaborate with the homeowner's association to enforce community policies and foster a positive living environment
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Property Manager or in a related field is required
• Strong understanding of property management principles and applicable regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite
