Property Summary

Stonebridge Ranch is a master planned community 35 miles Northeast of Dallas on 5,000 acres in McKinney, Texas, and contains 10,000 single-family homes and 35,000 residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal staff, vendors, and homeowner inquiries.
  • Manage work orders, calls, emails, and correspondence for both departments.
  • Maintain departmental records, including proposals, contracts, invoices, and permits.
  • Assist in preparing simple budgets, job estimates, project scopes, and RFPs.
  • Track projects for adherence to scope, timelines, and completion documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between vendors, contractors, and internal staff.
  • Support Directors with reporting, scheduling, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Represent RealManage professionally through excellent customer service and follow-through.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned.
