Onsite Community Property Manager

Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Community Property Manager to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing all aspects of a residential community and ensuring a vibrant and engaged living environment for residents. You will work closely with homeowners and the Board of Directors to manage community operations effectively. Salary range $90-$100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cleanliness across the community
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and inquiries while fostering positive relationships
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise vendors and contractors for quality work
• Develop and manage the community budget, along with financial tracking and reporting
• Conduct regular community inspections and enforce community rules and regulations
• Plan and coordinate community events to promote resident engagement and satisfaction
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in property management, preferably in a community or residential setting
• Strong knowledge of property management policies and HOA regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage projects and teams
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
