About the job
Wellington of Flower Mound Residential Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced Association Manager.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HOA. This role requires excellent organization and customer service skills and the ability to manage complex projects, troubleshoot issues, and work with legal and financial documents. You will be asked to provide names of HOAs you have managed, which is mandatory experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service support
 - Property operations and maintenance
 - Financial administration (accounts receivables, payables, banking, insurance, budgets, annual tax reviews, reserve study)
 - Association liaison/representative with local entities, governments, attorneys and others
 - Communication administration (website, newsletters) and records management
 - Board of Director and committee support
 - Negotiate and oversee projects and contracts with vendors
 - Resale inspections and architectural control administration
 - Materials and supply purchasing
 - Capital improvement planning and oversight
 - Human resource administration
 - Social event(s) coordination
 - Compliance administration (governing documents, local/federal laws)
 - Emergency response as needed
 
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in homeowner association management.
 - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
 - Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to homeowners and board members.
 - Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
 - Experience reading and analyzing legal documents, financial statements, and reports.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), website administration, and pc navigation.
 - Ability to manage complex projects and troubleshoot issues effectively.
 - CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation.
 - PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation preferred
