Part-Time Overnight Concierge

Oceanfront Highrise Condominium located in Long Branch, NJ seeking part-time overnight concierge on Friday and Saturday night and availability to cover/float for vacations/sick.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to residents, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, move-ins through computer system (Buildinglink)
• Input work orders when residents call the front desk, communicate emergencies with the building maintenance and management staff.
• Answer telephones, monitor security cameras, monitor lobby and common areas.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Computer Skills
• Desire and passion to provide superior, friendly customer serviced providing a welcoming hello to everyone
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to multitask with good time-management
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  
  

$18.00 per hour to start, 30 day probation and review after 90 days.
