Position Summary:

Provides exceptional customer service to homeowners through various duties, including meeting/greeting, maintaining general upkeep of common areas, assisting with parcels, general hospitality tasks and other duties as required.

Position Daily Responsibilities

• Front desk coverage as needed, including phones and access for residents/guests.
• Bring mail or deliveries for residents (upon request).
• Social room inspections after reserved usage.
• Elevator inspection each day & after move-in/outs & construction use.
• Common area inspection each day & report any damage to include lobby level and pool area.
• Janitorial duties (exterior and spot moping, cleaning grills, and outdoor kitchen, etc.).
• Take all trash to bins each day.
• Take all recycle materials to bin each day.
• Cart runs each morning and evening.
• Pads & carpet install or removal morning and afternoon.
• Polish Brass as needed
• Dust silk plants
• Arrange pool furniture daily.
• Empty trash can on south side each day.
• Dog run clean up daily.
• Cleaning trash bins and carts monthly.
• Power washing pavers and tile monthly.
• Arrange social room furniture before & meetings.
• Check and change out dumpsters each night before leaving (to ensure they are not at capacity or the chutes are not clogged).
• Other related duties as directed.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills.
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
  
  

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Works indoors and outdoors.
• Requires physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, squat and bend.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, in crowded areas and in confined spaces.
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces, in hot, cold and wet conditions, climb and stand on ladders and scaffolding at heights of up to 50 feet.
• Able to handle various manual and power tools.
• May work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting 40 pounds.
