PORTFOLIO ACCOUNTANT: HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)
HOAMCO has an opening for a full-time Portfolio Accountant for our Albuquerque, NM offices due to continued growth. This position requires experience with journal entries, general ledgers, financials and reconciliations. Immediate Opening.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or 3-5 years of experience.
- Detail-oriented and excellent at follow-up.
- Able to prioritize daily duties.
- Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.
Job Duties:
- Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
- Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Interact with Managers and Board members to answer accounting questions.
All candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests. Selected candidate subject to drug and background screening.
