Property Manager – The BLVD at White Springs
💰 Starting Salary: $85,000/year
📆 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
WPM is looking for a customer-driven, forward-thinking, and self-motivated leader to join our management team as a Property Manager at The BLVD at White Springs. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring the success of a residential apartment community. Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Occupancy – Supervise leasing operations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Review rent decisions, renewals, and retention strategies to optimize occupancy.
 - Financial & Budget Management – Develop and manage community budgets, monitor financial performance, and address budget variances. Approve expenditures and ensure timely invoice processing.
 - Property Maintenance & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections, address deficiencies within budget constraints, and oversee maintenance operations to ensure quality unit turns and timely resident request resolutions.
 - Marketing & Curb Appeal – Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and reduce vacancies while maintaining exceptional curb appeal.
 - Resident & Community Relations – Foster strong relationships with residents through clear, responsive communication, ensuring a safe, well-maintained community.
 - Team Leadership & Development – Hire, train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management while modeling company core values.
 - Reporting & Compliance – Prepare reports for investors/owners, ensuring transparency in operations and financial performance. Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
 - Emergency & Coverage Management – Schedule staff to maintain appropriate coverage for routine operations and emergency response.
 
What We’re Looking For
✔ Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience required
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
✔ Proficiency in property management software and technology
