Description
Essential Functions:
- Greets residents in a friendly and professional manner and assists with shopping and packages
- Welcomes visitors and registers them on sign-in sheet
- Answers phones and take messages
- Assists with move-in and move-outs as needed
- Maintains the organization of the lobby and mailroom
- Reports necessary repairs to the building supervisor
- Assists in the set-up and clean-up of social rooms
- Able to perform other duties as requested by building supervisor
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to be calm and understanding in difficult situations
- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently
- Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
- Ability to treat residents and guests with respect and lend assistance as requested

- Professional presentation, communication and demeanor
- Ability to respond appropriately to urgent situations and emergencies, contacting appropriate parties when needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while shifting quickly between tasks
- Prioritize while responding to high traffic flow entering and exiting the building
- Ability to keep track of their time and stick to building schedule
