Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet & welcome members and guests. Act as an initial point of contact for Country Club members and guests as they enter the Continental Pool
 - Provide warm and welcoming assistance to members and guests, using their name when possible
 - Provide orientation to new members and Wyndham Guests about the Continental Country Club
 
Job Description
The major responsibility of this position is to protect the life and well-being of each person utilizing the swimming pool. The pool attendant must also know what to do in the event of an emergency.
- Provide great customer service at all times and provide necessary assistance to guests as requested.
 - Maintain discipline, safety, and control of the pool at all times, enforcing pool rules and regulations. Caution guests about unsafe practices and provide education.
 - Maintain the facility by keeping it clean, organized, and secure. Report problems.
 - Ability to oversee the facility by oneself in the evening hours.
 - Maintain adequate resources of supplies and equipment.
 - Organize daily set-up and take down of center: lifting/moving tables, chairs, and boxes.
 - Check pool chemicals and maintain proper levels according to the Coconino County Health Department.
 - Complete reports as needed for accidents, pool maintenance, attendance logs, etc.
 - Attend events and assist as needed
 - Other duties as deemed necessary by the General Manager.
 
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Positive, customer friendly and helpful demeanor
 - Previous experience assisting with customer service is a plus
 - Bilingual language skills is a plus
 
 Pay 
$17.40 hour
