Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Aventura, FL. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential community, ensuring high standards of service and management. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, overseeing maintenance and vendor services, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires proactive collaboration with board members and stakeholders to meet objectives, improve community satisfaction, and maintain residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and supervise onsite staff effectively.
• Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and working with vendor contracts.
• Experience in maintenance oversight, property operations, and ensuring compliance with community policies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for handling resident concerns and liaising with board members.
• Knowledge of property management software and tools is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CAM (Community Association Manager) or LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) are a strong plus.
• Understanding of Florida state regulations and laws related to property management.
