Systems Engineer – Office 365
Real Manage is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Systems Engineer to manage user collaboration systems, including Microsoft Office 365.
- This Systems Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Office 365 suite of tools used by an organization
 - Work closely with other IT groups to set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access to data housed within the cloud-based Office 365 platform.
 - Responsible for ensuring that all Office 365 applications are running smoothly, and that data is backed up regularly.
 - Troubleshoot any issues related to Office 365 applications and ensure that security protocols are in place to protect sensitive data.
 - Neeeds a strong understanding of the user experience is required, as the Systems Engineer must ensure that the tools provided to employees are accessible and easy to use.
 - This Systems Engineer role requires excellent communication skills , attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
 - This position will have primary design and support responsibilities for all Messaging and Collaboration Platforms in use at Real Manage.
 - This includes Email, Teams and SharePoint. Working with leadership and other IT and business stakeholders,
 - the Senior Systems Engineer will develop and implement plans to incorporate the systems of acquired companies into the Real Manage messaging and collaboration infrastructure.
 - Plus other work related tasks as needed
 
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT.
 - 5+ years of Experience with managing Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), in AWS and Azure.
 - 5+ years managing SaaS based Enterprise Collaboration tools. (O365, G-Suite)
 - 5+ years of experience managing VoIP solutions. (WebEx, RingCentral, DialPad)
 - Proven track record of working within a distributed support organization and managing operations at scale.
 - Proven experience in delivering IT customer service excellence, IT infrastructure planning and development, project management and policy development
 - Experience in integrating multiple acquired organizations, including scheduling and prioritization of user and data migrations.
 - Strong customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities.
 - Knowledge of business concepts, and an understanding of the links between major business processes, products, systems, and networks.
 - Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
 - Ability to handle the complexity of technology while communicating at executive level with non-technical audiences.
 - Must be able to build relationships across all levels and different functions of the organization and effectively manage conflict.
 - Must be able to remain professional in stressful situations.
 - Must be able to provide leadership in personnel development, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee engagement.
 - Must be able to develop and implement IT standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of IT assets and security of information in line with corporate direction.
 - Ability to travel 10% of the time.
