Job Posting: Site Technician - Beacon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

Beacon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes, located in Eastern Baltimore County, is currently seeking a dedicated Site Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of the property, enhancing its curb appeal, and assisting the maintenance staff in ensuring the efficient management of the property.

Position Details

• Salary: $18.00 per hour
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of indoor common areas
• Assist with outdoor grounds work, including trash removal and snow removal
• Keep sidewalks, walkways, and grounds clean and tidy
• Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks when necessary
• Paint common areas and vacant units as needed
• Perform minor carpentry tasks, including re-screening and drywall repairs
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Ability to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the property
• Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
