Site Technician

Location: River’s Gate/Carrollwood, Middle River, MD

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour

River's Gate/Carrollwood, located in Middle River, MD, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Site Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a team player who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of property upkeep and is willing to support the maintenance team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of indoor common areas (lobbies, hallways, etc.)
• Perform routine exterior grounds work, including trash pickup and snow removal
• Keep sidewalks and pathways clear and well-maintained
• Assist maintenance technicians with general property upkeep
• Paint apartment units and common areas as needed
• Perform light carpentry, such as drywall patching and screen repairs
• Support overall efforts to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all residents
