What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their finance career as a Senior FP&A Manager. This role will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the People Team, Legal, Finance, and IT departments.
Your impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, Chief Trust Officer, CIO, and CFO.
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the People Team, Legal, Finance, and IT.
- Develop business narrative and variance analysis for internal stakeholders to discuss results, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability.
- Partner with various leaders to evaluate business cases and drive ROI-focused decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Deliver monthly variance analysis and reporting packages.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR, Legal, and IT spend.
- Ability to guide and mentor other analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of Corporate Finance or FP&A experience at a global technology company.
- Experience with financial tools such as Anaplan and Tableau would be preferred.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Expert analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong presentation and writing skills, ability to present ideas and recommendations to executives.
- Self-starter mentality; proactive about how they can contribute to the team, develop business partnerships, and come fully prepared to meetings.
- Strong communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward language.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000 - $190,000
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
Regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits
