What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their finance career as a Senior FP&A Manager. This role will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the People Team, Legal, Finance, and IT departments.

Your impact

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, Chief Trust Officer, CIO, and CFO.
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the People Team, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Develop business narrative and variance analysis for internal stakeholders to discuss results, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability.
• Partner with various leaders to evaluate business cases and drive ROI-focused decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis and reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR, Legal, and IT spend.
• Ability to guide and mentor other analysts.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of Corporate Finance or FP&A experience at a global technology company.
• Experience with financial tools such as Anaplan and Tableau would be preferred.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Expert analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong presentation and writing skills, ability to present ideas and recommendations to executives.
• Self-starter mentality; proactive about how they can contribute to the team, develop business partnerships, and come fully prepared to meetings.
• Strong communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward language.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights.
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000 - $190,000

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
