 - Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and coordinate face-to-face interviews with key stakeholders. Provide guidance and tools to interview teams (including Board members) to ensure consistency and adherence to selection process.
 - Candidate Experience: Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
 - Job Ads and Employer Branding: Create compelling job advertisements that resonate with top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
 - Onboarding Support: Follow up with new hires to ensure they are integrating successfully into the organization.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and organizational culture.
 - ATS Management: Ensure all position and candidate information in our ATS (ClearCo) is current and accurate. Monitor TA metrics and KPIs to ensure we're on target.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or executive recruitment setting.
 - Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. Work closely with hiring teams to define mutual success and agreed upon expectations and timelines.
 - Quality Focus: Commitment to identifying and attracting top talent for our openings.
 - Team-Oriented: Open-minded, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
 - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Deliver detailed and meaningful talent updates to leadership and colleagues.
