As a Transitions Coordinator, you'll be the key player ensuring smooth handoffs when HOA communities switch management companies—no HOA experience needed, we'll teach you everything!

What You'll Do

Project Coordination

  • Manage HOA transition timelines from start to finish
  • Coordinate with incoming and outgoing management companies
  • Schedule document pickups and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Communicate progress updates to all stakeholders

Research & Data Management

  • Research Homeowners Associations through the AZ Corporation Commission
  • Import accounting data into our CityCync software with precision
  • Research parcel taxes and regulatory requirements
  • Set up HOAs in federal tax payment systems

Client Communication & Support

  • Send welcome letters to new homeowners before transition dates
  • Provide updates to board members throughout the process
  • Work with utility vendors to update billing information
  • Process and set up vendor invoices in accounting systems

Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Ensure all required documents are received and properly filed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support the transitions team with various projects as needed
