Vendor Specialist

Data Specialists will perform various tasks associated with vendor management, Tax/IRS/1099 management, MDM, and other forms of automation for the organization. They will perform daily/quarterly vendor compliance, handle MDM operations, and frequently interface with the customer. They will be part-of innovative customer-impacting solutions that increase company productivity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the business and other groups to provide efficient and effective customer solutions/services.
• Be part of a larger team and bring ideas to the forefront.
• Assist with creating and maintaining a corporate repository of all vendor IRS/Tax processing.
• Assist with projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft-centric platforms, technologies, protocols, and tools.
• Knowledge of database integration and basic SQL Server query language.
• Project management at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Education and Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of working in an organization with over 100 people.
• Customer-facing, people skills that help communicate perspective, ‘the story,’ and context.
• IRS Tax processing experience required.
